These soil probes use a high strength chromo-moly steel shaft for rigidity and durability.
The handle, shaft, and tip are threaded. This allows the contractor to replace shafts and tips as required.
All probe tips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel and designed to provide a clearance hole for the shaft. This makes penetration and withdrawal of the probe easier since the shaft is not dragging against the soil.
These probes are not insulated and should not be used where underground electric cables are present.

BorePro's new Lighting/Edging Spade is a heavy duty "all steel" tool designed to help the landscape lighting contractor install low voltage wire in areas inaccessible by machine, i.e. shrub and flower beds.
This new Spade uses a 1/4" thick alloy steel, square-point blade with the handle set directly over the blade to provide leverage for edging and cutting into roots and surfaces. The top of the blade is turned over and flattened to provide an extra-wide step that is easier on your foot. For added strength, the handle/blade shank area is internally reinforced to make this tool one of the strongest in the industry.

Sidewalk Spear™ |
Triple D has developed a new and inexpensive tool kit to install 1" pipe short distances under sidewalks and similar obstacles. The tool kit contains two parts - a "Striking Head" and a "Compaction Point" that screw onto a customer supplied length of 1/2" steel pipe. The steel pipe is readily available in various lengths at any local Home Center or Hardware store. With the new Sidewalk Spear™ tool kit contractors can now assemble low cost custom lengths of the tool to suit various sized obstacles. When properly assembled and used the tool allows the user to install 1" water pipe or electrical conduit under sidewalks in just a few minutes.
The Sidewalk Spear™ accommodates 1" PVC pipe (sch. 40 and Class sizes) and electrical conduit.
